I hereby agree to and authorize the creative use of my name, title, photograph, and voice in any positive campaign announcement, advertisement, publication, literature, newspaper, radio, television, public announcements, other forms of media outreach, and fundraising activities in both digital and hard copy in support of Chief Michelle Woodfork for Sheriff.
